Well diaryboy the fact that its Tuesday morning and 10:45am should tell you something is wrong, very wrong, or i would be in school right now.
It seems like Dino D got played, was bambozzeled, sideswiped, tricked, conned, done in by his own big mouth.
I just knew when Jody came up to me about what she heard that i had talked to damn much, not that i was worried about her but about what i had said we could do to fuck up her party.
Call in a bomb threat, was i fucking insane? No i wasn't gonna do it, it was all take but these days the politically correct police are spying all over school.
One little threat can put your ass in a sling. I just read how one student said he was gonna get his gun and kill another. and swoop the PC police swooped him up and charged him with making a threat.
Yesterday, Monday morning during 2nd period i was called to go to the principals office and when i got there moms was already there with out lawyer Mr. Stein.
I'm sure i already told you the joke about knowing you got big bucks when you have a Jewish lawyer name Stein on the payroll....LOL
Ok it may sound anti-Semitic but since i'm sure i told yo pops said his grandmother was a Sapharich Jew (can't ever spell the word) from Espana (Spain) i don't think i can be called anti what i think i am myself.

I just knew it was about the threats. And it was. The principal asked me dead straight if i had said that i was gonna call in a bomb threat during Jodygirls party. I told her i never said any such thing.
Forget, forget, forget. I told her i didn't remember saying any of that shit, but i did hear it said but i didn't know who had said it.
Anyway let me skip the small shit, the big shit is she said that i was being suspended indefinitely. In other words, they don't want me back.
Or that's how Stein read it.
He stayed and talked with them, then came to our house and told moms that this was the situation as he could read it.
He said that they showed him a paper trail of all the things they believe i have been involved in which he believes shows that this is all personal. That they don't want me in THEIR school.
That If the school finds me guilty of making those threats and have witness who would come forward which he believed they didn't, but if they did, they will have me arrested and my chances of finishing the school year is snitch, and that most of the other schools districts wouldn't take me so i would have to go to a private school if i could find one to take me too far into the school year.
Since school just started that moms could put me in another school before they made their decision, and when or if they did and it was against me, it would be hard for the new school to throw me out. And if they don't or he can get it thrown out in court or the school system, i could return to school in a month or so.
He's gonna see some people he knows at the board of education today, and see what he can do about the school allowing me to leave school for another school with the understanding that they wouldn't charge me with anything, and i could return next year as long as i didn't get into any trouble in my new school.
Or some shit like that, personally i think Stein is Instain....lol
I'm sure they can't get anyone to come right out and point me out as the one saying the shit so its all heresy to me. But then again i'm not a lawyer.
I think i'm fucked, at least i think i am.
